John Malkovich gets potty-mouthed for Squarespace Super Bowl teaser

Internet company Squarespace just released a cheeky, expletive-filled director’s cut of its upcoming Super Bowl commercial.

The YouTube spot, which features actor John Malkovich, is a just teaser for a Super Bowl TV ad for Squarespace, whose business is in selling web domain names.

In the online trailer, Malkovich uses the barely bleeped F-word over and over as he finds his name has been used by another John Malkovich who is promoting his prize fishing skills.

Malkovich appeared in the surreal Hollywood movie “Being John Malkovich,” directed by Spike Jonze, which tracked a character who journeys into Malkovich’s mind.

The edgy actor, known for picking creepy parts, is likewise known for flicks that have ranged from “Dangerous Liaisons” to “In The Line of Fire.”

Square Space is taking a 30-second, in-game spot as well as a 60-second, pregame spot.

The ad was created by the company and a creative agency called JohnXHannes, New York.

The site http://www.johnmalkovich.com exists and is being used by the actor to sell a clothing line.

Details of Squarespace’s in-game spot are expected in February. The company’s commercial from last year’s Super Bowl featured comedians Key and Peele dressing like rappers who are hoping to be sports commentators.
